..........Things had been getting a little better until I got a letter from my dead sister. That more or less ruined my day.......
This book is about a family and their tragic loss of their oldest daughter named jazz. She was supposedly killed in her apartment fire, but then her younger sister gets a letter in the mail from jazz saying that she's coming home.
But when she did come home it wasn't her. well it was, but it wasn't, it looked like her talked like her and walked like her and she knew EVERYTHING about the family and their home, but sunny knew it wasn't her.Sunny later on found out that this not-jazz girl was actually a girl who had no clue who she really was, and would go find innocent families who had lost one of their children. all she wanted was to be loved, she didn't know she was hurting anyone in the process.
I read "Dont take love lying down" by Brad Henning. after he came to our school and spoke to us about his book and all that good stuff, he was sooo funny that i decided to go ahead and read his book. seeing the way he acted and talked and made things funny and not so awkward really help when i read the book. Cuz i just imagined how he would've been saying it as if he were really speaking to a group of people. I really like the book even tho i didnt agree with EVERYTHING he might have said, but it was still a really good book to read.
