This was a good book, most of it was very dark and depressing, and sometimes very odd, but over all it was written well and it kept my attention. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is easily disturbed or squeamish. But for anyone else i would definitely recommend it. On a scale of one to ten i would give it a seven and a half. I will definitely look into reading more of William S. Burroughs literature.
